What is an E-Flyer?
An E-Flyer is an email that you design using a pre-designed template through our website. The E-Flyer is then emailed to real estate professionals in the coverage areas you select creating maximum exposure for your listing.

Can I send something I have already designed?
Absolutely. In addition to providing you with professionally pre-designed templates you can also choose to have a member of our design team replicate a file you already have for no additional charge. To take advantage of this, you must choose the "I want to upload my own flyer" option in the template selection on the Create an E-Flyer page.

Can I come back and finish my order at a later time?
Sure. As long as you have continued to the second page of the order form, all of your information will be stored within our database. In order to retrieve your order at a later time, you will need to contact us. We will then e-mail you a link that will allow you to continue where you left off.

Why do my pictures look distorted during the upload process?
This page is meant to give you a general idea of what your flyer will look like, however, because it is only a draft, images and text placement may look distorted. A member of our design team will personally view and professionalize your flyer correcting any errors, and then send you an E-Mail containing a "proof" prior to distribution.

Is this a spamming service?
We are not a spamming service. Our lists are targeted, delivering you information of vital importance for your business. People that are not interested in our service are given multiple opportunities to unsubscribe from our lists at any time by clicking an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each flyer that is received or by visiting our website. Where do you get your list?
Our lists are composed from a variety of sources including the MLS, NAR as well as our own research. In addition Real Estate Agents, Professionals and Investors may sign up to receive Agent E-Flyers on a daily basis so our lists are always expanding.

How many times does each E-Flyer go out for delivery?
Each E-Flyer you purchase is sent one time to the coverage area you selected.  As an additional purchase option, you can schedule additional delivery dates for an additional fee.

I am still waiting for my proof, when will it arrive?
You can expect your proof to arrive no later than 24 hours of your purchase, however, a more realistic time frame is 1-3 hours. Proofs for same day and next day orders are typically delivered within 3 hours of completing your order. If your proof has not arrived within the specified time frames, or you need us to rush your order, please contact us.

How quick will my E-Flyer be delivered?
For your security, we inspect all E-Flyers and require your approval before they are sent. We guarantee same day service providing your order is placed by 5:00pm and you have approved your proof by 8:00pm. In most cases delivery takes only a few minutes and is typically scheduled between 5:00am and 11:00am.

What is your return policy?
Because our design team spends time on every individual e-flyer, we are only able to offer refunds on orders that are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled distribution date. Same day orders, and orders that have been proofed and approved by the purchaser are not eligible for a refund. At any time up until 8:00pm on the eve of the delivery date, purchaser may cancel distribution of their e-flyer.  In case of any technical difficulties or other problems Agent E-Flyers may experience in sending your e-flyer causing it to not send correctly, you will be entitled to a full refund.

This is a targeted marketing service, realtor to realtor communication, where real estate agents can notify other real estate agents in their area of their property listings. Customers, upon ordering, are authorizing Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. to distribute their flyer via e-mail to other real estate professionals in their area.

Customers are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any unlawful, or other material that would violate any applicable law. Customers agree to only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and, applicable, related to this particular service.
Customers warrant that any images provided to Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. are the intellectual property of customer. Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. cannot be held responsible in the event any third party makes a claim that images were the intellectual property of third party and used without authorization.
Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. owns the design layout for its customers and will be the exclusive distributor of the customers' flyer. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, and software, not supplied by the customer is the property of Invesco Solutions Group, Inc..
E-MAIL MARKETING COMPLIANCE
Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. provides a resource where real estate agents can notify other real estate agents of their property listings via email. Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. is fully compliant under existing US commercial electronic mail laws, and is fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

1. At the bottom of each email flyer sent by AGENTe-Flyers.com, an unsubscribe link is available so recipients can opt out at anytime. Should there be any questions; recipients can always contact AGENTe-Flyers.com via email (support@agente-flyers.com) , our website, or by phone (253-770-3802 or 877-693-3593) to have any issues addressed.

2. The physical mailing address for Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. is placed at the bottom of every email flyer sent. A website link and email link are also provided inside the email flyers.

3. The “From Name” of all email flyers sent out by Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. includes the name and company name that the agent who ordered the flyer works

4. The reply email for all email flyers sent out by Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. is a valid email address that accepts all correspondence, however due to the technology limitations of our service provider, does not accept unsubscribe requests through email.

5. The email subject lines of all email flyers sent by Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. are not misleading, non-deceptive, and clearly describe of the contents of the email, which is always relevant to the recipient's business.

6. Email Flyers sent by Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. clearly state at the bottom that this is an agent to agent advertisement.

7. Invesco Solutions Group, Inc. does NOT sell or distribute any personal or business information of any customers who order services through Invesco Solutions Group, Inc., or any recipients who have opted out. The response you receive will depend greatly on the property you are listing.
